LRC Leadership Activation 2024
Impactivist Namibia was delighted to be invited to engage with the outgoing LRCs of the 2024 Francis Galton Primary School. The session covered practical activities and conversations pertaining to their experience as leaders so far, as well as tips and tricks on how to elevate as a young leader. We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to serve this group of vibrant young leaders and cannot wait to see them taking up leadership spaces in future!
Kavango East Business Seminar 2024
Christalin Mushongo, the CEO of Impactivist Namibia was invited to speak to a variety of micro and small businesses about the importance of community investment and how best they can invest. CSR is regularly seen as a requirement for large businesses, however small businesses can also do their part in supporting the communities in which they operate. Christalin's presentation covered tips on how best to invest and support communities with limited resources, emphasizing on employee participation, as well as establishing community partnerships with local NGOs.
